1、植物特殊组织中次生代谢产物的生物功能研究
聚焦植物特殊组织中的次生代谢产物,系统阐明其化学多样性,并从“防御”与“反防御”角度,揭示植物与昆虫、微生物之间的化学通讯机制,深入探讨植物与其他生物互作中的化学生态与进化关系。
2、活性天然产物的发现与机制研究
基于杀虫、拒食、抗菌等生物活性导向,筛选出具有功能潜力的天然化合物,以秀丽隐杆线虫为模型,结合化学分子探针技术,探讨活性化合物的毒性机制,致力于挖掘有农药应用前景的候选化学物质。
