●研究兴趣、领域
(1)植物次生代谢途径的调控及解析:利用分子生物学及化学手段完成对植物次生代谢物的合成途径相关基因(代谢途径酶基因、转录因子、以及转运基因等)的克隆及鉴定,进而实现对代谢途径的有效调控。
(2)植物代谢与现代农业:系统研究农业微生物代谢对植物抗性及生长的调节作用,进而揭示发酵产品作为生物农药/农肥调控植物生长的分子机理,为优化从发酵/生物转化法出发进而高效生产农药/农肥提供必需的理论基础。
(3)生物催化及合成生物学:通过基因挖掘及蛋白质工程获得医药、化学品以及天然产物等所需的重要酶基因,并通过对宿主细胞的驯化及改造,进而利用微生物发酵/生物转化实现对生物制品的高效生产。
长期从事药用植物次生代谢以及合成生物学研究,主持和参与多项国内外基金项目,研究对象包括喜树、拟南芥、青蒿、以及长春花等植物。发表多篇学术论文,其中一些发表在Science, PNAS, The Plant Journal, Phytochemistry, Current Opinion in Plant Biology等著名学术期刊上。近年来,个人及研究团队获得了多项国家及省市科研项目的支持(科技部关于科技基础资源调查专项子课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、辽宁省人才及基金项目10余项),其中主持科技部关于科技基础资源调查专项子课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、省级人才及基金项目5项。
