●主要研究领域
针对农田地膜残留等典型塑料污染问题,围绕生物降解塑料与石油基塑料的生物降解开展研究工作。通过降解微生物资源挖掘与工程改造、关键酶的分子改造及代谢通路设计,揭示塑料在多环境条件下的降解机制与调控过程,构建高效稳定的生物降解体系,并探索其在农业面源污染治理与生态修复中的应用。
