●研究领域
1.环境友好型高分子材料的生物降解
以PLA、PBAT、PBS、PCL及其共聚酯等生物降解塑料为研究对象,研究其在实验室条件和农田土壤中的生物降解,具体涉及降解微生物选育、降解酶克隆表达和分子改造以及降解微生物和降解酶在环境保护和农业生产中的应用等。
2.石油基塑料的生物降解
以PP、PS、PE以及PET等传统不可降解塑料为研究对象、研究其在实验室条件及堆肥或土壤环境中生物降解,具体涉及降解微生物的选育、降解酶的挖掘及其堆肥或土壤降解机制与规律。
3.真菌多糖的构效关系
以大型真菌为研究对象,研究其子实体、菌丝体或孢子多糖的分子结构与抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及抗凝血等生物学活性的关系,并进一步开展分子修饰改善天然多糖的生物学活性。
