●主要研究领域
目前主要从事百合、软枣猕猴桃种质资源搜集和生物育种工作,同时研究植物对弱光、低温、干旱等非生物逆境和以灰霉病为代表的生物逆境的响应与调控机制以及植物次生物质代谢及其在慢性病防控中的作用研究。

●教书育人
现在主要从事生物科学技术学院教学管理和教学工作。主讲细胞工程、基因工程、细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物技术专业实验(I、II、III)等本科生课程;主讲细胞发育与细胞工程、基因工程、细胞生物学研究进展、现代生物学研究技术、细胞生物学研究技术、植物逆境细胞信号转导等博硕士研究生课程。主持省级教学质量工程4项,主持及参加校级教学改革课题10项,获教学成果奖4项。主编教材3部,副主编2部,参编教材4部;发表教改论文16篇,其中在教育类中文核心期刊发表教改论文2篇,发表其他教改论文14篇。迄今指导博、硕士研究生56名。指导的研究生有2人获校级优秀硕士学位论文,3人获国家奖学金,1人获顾慰连奖学金,指导的研究生获得沈阳农业大学研究生创新培育项目2项,1人获得“辽宁省优秀毕业生”称号,1人“沈阳市优秀研究生干部”称号,1人“2015年沈阳市优秀团学干部”称号,1人获得“2015年沈阳市大中学生暑期社会实践先进个人”称号;指导的本科生获优秀本科毕业论文数篇。

主持国家自然基金面上项目、国家重点研发项目子题、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、博士后面上项目、辽宁省博士启动基金、辽宁省自然科学基金、辽宁省重点实验室项目、辽宁省教育厅一般项目等12项;参加国家自然基金、国家“863”课题、辽宁省科技厅重点项目基金项目各1项,国家“九五”攻关项目2项。发表中英文论文121篇,其中SCI论文26篇,第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文23篇;第一作者和通讯作者中文核心期刊论文55篇;出版科技专著2部;科研成果获得科技奖励8项,辽宁省科技进步奖5项,市厅级科技奖励5项。选育百合新品种2个,申请专利28项,获授权专利18项。
