
骆世洪,男,教授,博士生导师,沈阳农业大学植物学学科方向带头人。1982年12月出生于重庆。2005年和2008年分别获得石河子大学生命科学学院理学学士和理学硕士学位,2012年1月于中国科学院昆明植物研究所获得药物化学专业理学博士学位。同时留在中国科学院昆明植物研究所植物化学与西部植物资源持续利用国家重点实验室工作,2016年6月以高层次引进人才进入沈阳农业大学生物科学技术学院开展工作,主要研究方向为植物次生代谢产物与生物功能。主持国家自然科学基金4项、人才基金3项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项。目前在研国家自然科学基金面上项目2项和国家重点研发计划子课题1项。主编专著1部,以副主编参与编写教材1部。指导“大学生创新创业训练计划”项目9项,其中国家级2项,省级2项。获云南省科学技术奖励一等奖1项(排名第三)。入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,中国植物保护学会中国植物化感作用专业委员会委员,辽宁省植物生理学学会秘书长,辽宁省生命科学学会植物资源化学专业委员会副主任委员。

二、研究内容与方向
研究方向:植物源活性天然产物的发现、生物合成与功能解析
活性产物发现与结构鉴定:擅长采用活性导向分离策略,从植物、昆虫及微生物中发掘具有生物功能的次生代谢产物。已成功鉴定超过200个新颖或具有显著活性的化合物。
合成生物学与代谢途径解析:综合利用大肠杆菌、酵母及烟草等异源表达系统,结合转录组学与分子生物学技术,解析重要活性化合物的生物合成途径并鉴定关键酶的功能。
代谢组学与生物功能研究:系统构建了针对玉米等作物的代谢组学分析平台(涵盖生物碱、酚类、萜类及植物激素),深入研究其在生物/非生物胁迫下的应答机制,并取得系列原创性发现。该方向获批国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,为研究的持续深入提供了坚实基础。
